That's on the Lodge Freeway in Detroit about 1 mile from the tunnel between Detroit and Windsor. Less than a mile from Joe Louis Arena and just past the Motor City Casino exit. I believe Michigan Ave intersects Woodward Ave which is where they have the Woodward Ave DreamCruise (or should according to the article from Aaron Foley yesterday as the cruise doesn't extend in to Detroit)

Speedlimit on that road is 55, but you'll frequently see asshats doing 90. That's what i call a concrete canyon when I'm driving on it and it sucks because it is always busy and there's no room for mistakes.

This was very likely from the Woodward ave Dreamcruise this past weekend. They've got the highway blocked off as these cars are entering. I believe exit 1B or 1A is Jefferson which runs right in front of all the GM buildings. Not sure where Ford is HQ'd. Most likely there was a Ford club or Ford GT club or even a Ford factory gathering for cars and this was arranged to leave the dreamcruise to head somewhere else. Where though I'm not sure.
